PORTLAND – A list of possible terror targets compiled by an ultra-right wing group, including government buildings and other facilities were made public Thursday as a federal judge sentenced a Portland area man for his part in a 1997 bank robbery.

After the sentencing of Fritz Springmeier, a self-described religious author, Clackamas County Sheriff deputies revealed a loose-leaf binder seized in 2001 as a part of the case.

Springmeier, a white separatist known for his anti-government writings will serve 9 years in federal prison. Federal Judge James Redden characterized the robbery that included the detonation of a pipe bomb as a diversion as “vicious.”

Among the locations handwritten in the binder entitled “Army of God, Yahweh’s Warriors, were the federal building, FBI offices, and KATU studios in Portland.

Floor plans to the FBI offices were also a part of the evidence seized in a raid on property near Corbett on Feb. 9, 2001.

In the raid, federal agents also seized a cache of military-style assault weapons, including an AK-47, hand grenades, C-4 explosives, and bomb-making ingredients that included ammonium nitrate and fuel oil.

“We take it (the target lists) very seriously,” says Steve Thoroughman, a detective with Clackamas County, and the lead investigator of the US government’s case against Springmeier and his accomplice Forrest Bateman, who was convicted and sentenced earlier this year in connection with the bank robbery.

Thoroughman says agents of the FBI and ATF have reviewed the hand-written notes and have followed up on those leads.

“They had the means to do almost anything they wanted to,” said Thoroughman. They had fully automatic AK-47’s, they had night vision, they had ceramic body armor, anything they needed to carry out an assault.”

Federal prosecutors say the handwritten notes were a clue to the workings of the group, but without additional overt acts they did not provide enough evidence to prove a conspiracy.

“We had to have more to make that kind of a case,” said Frank Noonan, the US attorney who prosecuted Springmeier.

Springmeier’s wife Patricia says her husband first met Bateman at a bible study in 1995.

“He knew the bible forward and backward, and that’s why they first got together,” says Patricia Springmeier.

Patricia also says her husband was framed by the federal government for his writings that she believes exposed corruption at high levels of the government.

Just before sentencing Springmeier told the judge that the government had destroyed his life. As he had during his trial, Springmeier proclaimed his innocence and referred the sentence as a “divine blessing.” http://www.katu.com/news/story.asp?ID=62438

Rebuttal To The KATU News Report
Regarding My Husband, Fritz Springmeier

“I’m innocent. I’m looking forward to discovering the divine benefits of the sentence that you give me. If the Government is trying to ruin my life, they will have to try harder.”

“Just before sentencing Springmeier told the judge that the government had destroyed his life.”

-Paraphrased quotation falsely attributed to Springmeier by authors Eric Mason and John Stevens in the KATU News Report on November 13, 2003

The above two statements stand in stark contrast to one another. The actual statement (blue text) was spoken by the most courageous man I have ever met in my life. The paraphrased statement (brown text) is a fiction that was attributed to the same man–my husband, Fritz Springmeier–by Eric Mason of KATU News (the local CBS affiliate) and John Stevens of International News in their KATU News report.

How Mason and Stevens sat together in the courtroom, right behind me, with notebooks and pens in hand and yet bungled so audible a statement is beyond my comprehension. For the purpose of this rebuttal, KATU’s statements will be in brown and my response will be in blue.

Prior to sentencing, we had originally wanted to forward a simple communication from Fritz to let you all know that everything is OK and that we are seeking a retrial through several justifications.

However, because there was so much fiendish innuendo and so many blatant lies contained in the KATU / Stevens report; we are obligated at this point to simply refute each false allegation one-by-one. I must add that in view of the latitude given law enforcement since the RICO act and 911, if they truly had such evidence against my husband, he would be charged and tried for Conspiracy to Commit Terrorist Acts. District attorney Frank Noonan says that “We had to have more to make that kind of a case”. Thus, the real agenda for spreading such yellow journalism locally, is that it will ruin Fritz’ chances for getting an untainted jury should one of the the appeals be successful-and of course-bring mainstream recognition to the so-called journalist, John Stevens. So, what about this “evidence”?

FACT: This statement makes it sound as if the judge included it in his sentencing decree–which he did not. Furthermore, none of this “evidence” was spoken of at all in the courtroom. Notice how the article and video contain the typical “cover-your-legal-rear-end” qualifiers such as “possible terror targets”, “evidence suggesting” and accusations disguised as questions.

FACT: The loose-leaf binder was found on the Huntington property where Tony Huntington and Forrest Bateman lived. The handwriting in the loose-leaf binder is definitely not Fritz’. Furthermore, although Fritz makes no secret that he is a Christian, he has never described himself as a religious author.

The video presentation shows a cache of illegal weapons, an Army of God armband and the loose-leaf binder, all obtained during a raid, leaving the viewer to assume that these items were found on our property. An anonymous source, interviewed gives the same laundry list.

FACT: Again, all were items found on the Huntington property.

TONY HUNTINGTON–The Missing Link

Conspicuously absent from the report is any mention of Tony Huntington, on whose mother’s property all of the “evidence” used in KATU’s report was found. Huntington and Bateman (Bateman rented a room in an out-building on the property) had been friends since childhood and lived on Huntington’s mother’s property. For five months after the Feds raided his place, Huntington lived with the knowledge that the illegal arsenal and 50 plant pot grow (complete with power diversion) would net him an approximately 120 year sentence.

Thus, five months after authorities raided his house, Huntington decided to finger Fritz for the Damascus Key Bank robbery in 1997 in exchange for leniency. Although KATU’s report on Fritz mentions Bateman as one of the Key Bank robbers, missing is the fact that as prosecution’s principal witness against Fritz–Huntington perjured himself on the stand by admitting to having taken an active role in the robbery on the day of the robbery. Huntington received a paltry 3 ½ years for his testimony against Fritz.

Another of Huntington’s lies which was not revealed in the courtroom, but was contained within the discovery paperwork for the case, is that Fritz used the robbery funds to finance a trip to Japan to promote his “Bloodlines of the Illuminati” book. When Reverend Izumi Koishi heard of this allegation he made two unsuccessful attempts to fly to Portland from Japan at his own expense, in order to appear in court to refute Huntington’s assertion with cold, hard evidence. Sadly, the trial date kept moving around, so that Reverend Koishi lost money on two sets of non-refundable flight tickets. Fritz’ former attorneys kept waffling on the decision of whether to let Koishi testify. However, before the third attempt was made by Koishi to appear, Fritz’ attorneys decided not to let Koishi testify.

After the guilty verdict was handed down, Reverend Koishi then flew in to offer support. He also brought the evidence that he would have shown in court–a receipt for a Citibank draft in the amount of $2,000 USD made out to Fritz so that he could give a talk about “Bloodlines of the Illuminati”, which consequently got published in Japanese. Fritz’ Japanese supporter’s paid full perdiem on Fritz’ visit. Not only did Fritz not have to spend one penny of his own from the moment he boarded the plane to go over there, he received a $2,000 fee for speaking.

FACT: Fritz has never been a white separatist and, in fact, has a “rainbow coalition” of friends and supporters. His writings can be characterised as exposing the illuminati and anti-corrupt government.

FACT: Fritz is neither left wing or right wing. “Ultra right wing extremist”, “white separatist”, these are smear labels used by lazy journalists.

From Video-“Fritz Springmeier considered himself a member of a loose-knit group known as the Army of God. Experts on US hate groups say the Army of God is a loose-knit group with no formal membership rolls.”

FACT: First of all, notice that the above statement contains built in deniability–“loose-knit group” and “no formal membership rolls”. These two qualifiers mean that they have absolutely no proof that Fritz belongs to the Army of God. Moreover, Fritz has never considered himself a member of the Army of God and every longterm friend of Fritz’ that I have asked about this, not only denied it, but laughed at the thought of it.

In summation, the entire piece was done to smear Fritz and to ruin his chances for a fair retrial. Finally, while KATU is correct in stating that Fritz has been critical of mainstream media, he would never plot to bomb their studio. The mainstream media should look to themselves as the possible source of their own destruction.

Fritz and I will continue to seek justice and to vindicate his innocence. We look forward to the appeals.

John A Stevens is an independent news reporter. He only earns money by getting his reports published. His research on Fritz Springmeier is sixth-grade level and his writing is the same level of logic. In my opinion he fabricated the alleged letter that he received from Fritz Springmeier. If he actually received such a letter he would have published a photocopy of it on his personal website. No such letter was entered into evidence at the trial. Fritz Springmeier Update – August 13, 2003

Hi Everyone,

There are two late breaking events regarding Fritz. One is good news and the other is not so good news. So I’ll give the good news first. The Feds have approved of funds for an investigator pre-sentencing, which is fantastic. This means that they see some merit in Fritz’ new attorney fighting for a retrial before sentencing, or they would have refused the funds. This new attorney has his trip together. Within two weeks of receiving the 318 page transcript and 650 pages of discovery, he had everything scanned and burned onto a CD. He interviewed Fritz for four hours and once he got the investigator, the investigator interviewed him for three hours. It is such a relief to have someone who cares! We are hoping that it is uphill from here so please keep us in your prayers—they are obviously helping.

Well, now for the bad news. One of the inmates assaulted Fritz last Wednesday, so they both got thrown into solitary confinement. Fritz tells me that he took a beating, but that he’s OK. It’s heartbreaking to be in a situation where you can’t protect or comfort your loved one. The last I spoke to him was Wednesday and heard nothing until yesterday (Tuesday) when I got a letter from him. When he didn’t call on Monday, I knew something was wrong. I’ve included an excerpt from his letter detailing the event in this update. If you’ve been thinking of writing to him lately, now would be the perfect time. Below is the contact info. for Fritz. You can send him letters and postcards only. If you want to put money on his books for stamps, batteries for his radio or other commisary items, it must be a postal money order made out to him with his Federal ID number. If you wish to send books, they must be purchased and sent from the retailer. Magazines can be sent by subscription only. Springmeier Update – July 26, 2005, We Need Your Help!

Dear Friends,Last month Fritz and I were able to have a visit for the first time in a year-and-a-half. I flew from Denver to Phoenix and stayed for a weekend and so was able to visit with him on a Saturday and Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to have gotten a full six hours of visiting in each day! When Fritz was housed in Oregon, we were usually limited to two-hour visits to accommodate the small visiting room. You can’t imagine the excitement and relief we felt when we finally saw each other in person because, at first, it looked like the Feds were not going to let me visit.You see my trip for a short time was postponed because, in order to harass Fritz, the prison staff had pulled my approval at the last minute. After lots of prayer, calls to my senator and protests by Fritz, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) restored my visiting privileges. The final hurdle to clear was to pass the GE Iontrack Itemiser test, which tests for 30 different substances. They put a fresh filter in a wand and pass it over your body and drivers license. Fritz warned me that certain things might give false positives, such as perfumes and lotions. BOP policy is that if a visitor fails the test the first time, they must wait 48 hours before attempting to visit again—in other words a wasted visit from out of state. It seemed so cruel. What a helpless feeling it was to consider that I had no control over what substances prior customers may have had in my rental car, hotel room, or even, who handled the bills in my purse before they became my money (the very bills I was to use to get coins in the prison lobby to use in their vending machines!). Fortunately, they had a restroom where I could wash my hands after handling the money and before being tested. For more information on the Iontrack Itemiser go here to read GE’s product information. Unfortunately, I see more of these in our future. Thankfully, I cleared the Itemiser test and Fritz and I went ahead with what became a great trip.[Permission granted.]

As you can see, Fritz looks great and is doing great. We lost complete track of the time and never ran out of things to talk about. They have a photographer on the weekends, so we had our picture taken. He does a lot of legal work and teaching to help other inmates. He teaches a course on the Civil War, for which the inmates get history credit, as well as math and other subjects. He extends his greetings to all of you, and thanks each one of you for your overwhelming support. He really enjoys all of the letters he gets.

After the visit, I understand much better Fritz’s legal battles, but even I can’t be told everything to insure the legal process to free him goes smoothly. He is currently on his final appeal. While the specifics can’t be disclosed, your donations of love have allowed him to retain an accomplished attorney, J.M. Irigoyen of J.M. Irigoyen Law Corporation of Fresno, California. Mr. Irigoyen is helping Fritz out because of who he is. We expect terrific things to be happening this year, but we’re short $5,000 for the final installment which is due by September 7, 2005. In order to proceed with Fritz’ appeals,we urgently need help with Fritz’ legal fees. This is his last chance to overturn this incredibly unfair conviction. If he fails to make this appeal, he will spend the next 5-7 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

TO THE UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY –indescribably terrible in themselves – coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world – over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s – and even earlier – this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS – and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you – “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” – TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply – in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source – such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems – so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

TO SECRETARY GENERAL THORBJØRN JAGLAND AND THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.

As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5^th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.

In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)

In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. In the original bill a ban was sought on ‘exotic weapons’ including electronic, psychotronic or information weapons, chemtrails, particle beams, plasmas, electromagnetic radiation, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, or mind control technologies. Despite the inclusion of a prohibition of the basing of weapons in space, and the use of weapons to destroy objects or damage objects in space, there is no mention in the revised bill of any of the aforementioned mind-invasive weaponry, nor of the use of satellite or radar or other energy based technology for deploying or developing technology designed for deployment against the minds of human beings. (Space Preservation Act, 2002)

Some of our ELECTRONIC TORTURE, ABUSE AND EXPERIMENTATION CASES detail the most extreme and totalitarian violations of human rights in human history, including the most horrendous psychological tortures, rapes, sexual abuse, physical assaults, surgical mutilations, ‘mind control’, and other mental and physical mutilations.

Among other things the perpetrators of these crimes can place the human subject under continuous surveillance no matter where he/she is; they can monitor the human brain, including thoughts, reactions, motor commands, auditory events and visual images; they can continuously alter consciousness, introduce voices, noises, other disturbances, commands, images and “dreams” into the brain; and they can directly abuse, torture and hit bodies – including performing advanced medical procedures – from remote locations. The technology they are using is so advanced that it allows the controller(s) to see through the eyes of the targeted individual, essentially seeing whatever the victim sees.

Many of us are being tortured and abused in these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – year in year out.

These are extreme and monstrous CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY –indescribably terrible in themselves – coupled with the ORWELLIAN secrecy and denial of any support at all that we are experiencing, makes them even more horrendous and monstrous.

We have contacted most Governments, Security/Intelligence Agencies, Religious Organisations, International Organizations, Human Rights Organizations, Universities, Scientific and other Institutions, and the International Media all over the world – over and over and over again – and have had our appeals for assistance, protection and/or publicity almost completely ignored and/or suppressed.

Some TARGETED INDIVIDUALS have been attempting to gain assistance, protection and/or publicity about these crimes since the 1990s – and even earlier – this extends as far back into the history of illegal ‘scientific and medical’ testing and experimentation as MKULTRA, COINTELPRO and the DUPLESSIS ORPHANS – and further.

We are still collecting CASE SUMMARIES from TARGETED INDIVIDUALS all over the world, and we have also advised them to send them to you – “THE SELECTED WITNESSES” – TO WITNESS, RECORD AND OPPOSE so that :-

A. We can be sure that as many people as possible know about these horrendous crimes.

B. We can be sure that these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are either trying to uphold the rule of National, International and Human Rights Law, and that we will, sooner or later, be protected by these laws.

C. Or that we can be sure these AUTHORITIES and ORGANISATIONS are complicit and/or acquiescent to these CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and that National, International and Human Rights Law no longer apply – in which case our task will be to get the rule of these laws restored.

Later these records should become an information source – such as the INTERNATIONAL TRACING OFFICE set up to record the fates and whereabouts of Jews (and others?) after WW11. The information collected can then be used by the appropriate people for LEGAL, MEDICAL, WELFARE, HISTORICAL etc. records.

As well as being illegal the crimes being committed against us are contrary to the Principles and Values of all the major religions and ethical systems – so we will also be demonstrating to all of these people and AUTHORITIES AND ORGANISATIONS the huge disconnect between their professed Principles and Values and the reality. We will be showing their monstrous Doublespeak Doublethink Doubledo ignorance, stupidity and/or hypocrisy.

It is no exaggeration to say our cases are as horrendous and urgent as people fleeing Nazi or Pol Pot concentration camps – specifically Dr Mengele-type torturers and butchers.

To preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons.

Mr. KUCINICH introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committees on Armed Services, and International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Space Preservation Act of 2001′.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF POLICY ON THE PRESERVATION OF PEACE IN SPACE.

Congress reaffirms the policy expressed in section 102(a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2451(a)), stating that it `is the policy of the United States that activities in space should be devoted to peaceful purposes for the benefit of all mankind.’.

SEC. 3. PERMANENT BAN ON BASING OF WEAPONS IN SPACE.

The President shall–

(1) implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons of the United States and remove from space any existing space-based weapons of the United States; and

(2) immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States and their components.

SEC. 4. WORLD AGREEMENT BANNING SPACE-BASED WEAPONS.

The President shall direct the United States representatives to the United Nations and other international organizations to immediately work toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing a world agreement banning space-based weapons.

SEC. 5. REPORT.

The President shall submit to Congress not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 90 days thereafter, a report on–

(1) the implementation of the permanent ban on space-based weapons required by section 3; and

(2) progress toward negotiating, adopting, and implementing the agreement described in section 4.

SEC. 6. NON SPACE-BASED WEAPONS ACTIVITIES.

Nothing in this Act may be construed as prohibiting the use of funds for–

(1) space exploration;

(2) space research and development;

(3) testing, manufacturing, or production that is not related to space-based weapons or systems; or

(4) civil, commercial, or defense activities (including communications, navigation, surveillance, reconnaissance, early warning, or remote sensing) that are not related to space-based weapons or systems.

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) The term `space’ means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon’ and `weapons system’ mean a device capable of any of the following:

(i) Damaging or destroying an object (whether in outer space, in the atmosphere, or on earth) by–

(I) firing one or more projectiles to collide with that object;

(II) detonating one or more explosive devices in close proximity to that object;

(III) directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against that object; or

(IV) any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means.

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)–

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as–

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems’ includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

Hello, My name is James Lico and I would like to make a statement about some terrible Human Experimentation and Trafficking of Targeted Individuals (TI’s) that is going on and has been going on since 9/11 at minimum. I have college degrees in each of Biology, Computer Science and Electronics Engineering Technology, with over 20 years of real work experience. I am fully qualified to report on and make observations about the horrendous experiences TI’s go through as Human Trafficking victims. The Department of Homeland Security/ICE has a Human Trafficking division which could help TI’s, yet here is yet another bureaucracy which is just there for show.

Here is a brief statement of what happened to me over Christmas holiday, covering one day. I need to tell you this in order to show how degrading is the treatment of an elderly man in his 60’s (and all TI’s really), yet these government contractors think nothing of that, strangely enough and carry on with the cruel and unusual punishment as if deserved and it was perfectly normal to torture people in their own homes.

12-28-14 @8:10am I have been attacked with some kind of biological localized infections on purpose. I believe I know how the infections were started. Approximately 1 week ago on 12/21/14 I think, I began being experiencing localized boils on the back of my head, scalp, buttocks, arms, legs and side of my face. They tried many places but they wouldn’t start and get going. What I am telling you is really strange to me and it should sound strange and scary to you as well. Just think of it, this what I am telling you and much much worse can happen to anyone at any time because it is an attack. I am a healthy man really and this is being done to scare the bejesus out of me so that I become despondent and depressed, so that I give up on life. This is their hope anyway and they are tailoring things on the fly. I am telling you this so that you can prepare for battle because what they test on me is meant for many others. I had experienced this type of biological attack before back in August of 2011. I believe there is also a physical reason for them to do this and that is to cause a number of localized small infections so that the inflammation from all of them together might impact my body in a detrimental way. I didn’t check but I probably was developing a fever. I was able to begin a course of broad spectrum antibiotics which has successfully stopped the localized infections. I had to prescribe this for myself because going to a doctor is problematic and could result in hospitalization in a mental institution if I tell the truth about what happened. I would have to lie to any doctor I would see. This is yet another instance of attempted murder. Luckily My friend Deborah had a broad spectrum antibiotic which I began taking so that the localized infections have cleared up. There is one more very important reason I think they are doing this attack on me and it is the reason I most need to convey to you. The reason is that this biological attack was very easy for them to do and that this process that they are doing is a drug and biological delivery system. This fact should be somewhat obvious and should scare people to death that these people could start a disease outbreak or drug people and no one would suspect it. The process I am talking about is an off the shelf industrial process called Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and I wrote it up into an article to explain it. There is a chemical that is dosed to TI’s and I discovered it early in my targeting. I have done many experiments to test my theory empirically and I am afraid I am correct. There is at least two chemicals and probably many more that are dosed to TI’s, “to light them up” or make them more electrically sensitive and also to drug them. Please read my article to at least check it out. If I am right then this is going to really fire some people up and hopefully warn everyone of potential problems to come.

I think my handlers took me seriously when I threatened to be at their show trials and wanted to see if I could be injured with inflamed infected legions. Incidentally I take frequent showers so it is not a cleanliness issue. I wonder who’s idea the boils were, since they would be visible to a doctor. It could be the handlers idea or the researcher they work with, or is someone higher trying to kill me.

I am noticing that low level bass sounds are being made by the people in the next room. This is the culmination of an experiment in operant conditioning believe it or not. The noises sound like they are made by lightly and intermittently making a banging noise on the wall with a fist, next door. This is the job of the people who rented the room next to me (rm152). I am also detecting radiation coming from that room as well.

Later the same day…
11:19pm tonight I am being tortured by a group of friends who decided to get together for a little torture and a football game and maybe a little drinking and partying. They are in room 150 next door to me at the Red Lion motel in Coos Bay OR. I measured radiation coming from three separate directions. Handlers took jobs to torture me and rented 3 rooms at taxpayer expense. They were irradiating my tail bone (COCCYX) as I sat in my bed. They are using a resonance weapon to do this to me. This causes heating of the nerve tissue as it as the nerve tissue vibrates and heats causing a dull and unbearable pain. They are holding the beam on it and allowing the pain to develop much like I would expect they would do if they wanted some information. But they don’t want information because I am innocent of any crime. They really just want to cause pain and watch to see what happens. Usually they want a psychotic break out, which is what drove Aaron Alexis and Myron May over the edge. I don’t find much about an injured coccyx because it is not expected to happen. But it is happening and it is part of my spinal column. They are doing this through the wall of my hotel room. There is no privacy at all in fact they are watching every single thing I do, I guess because i am an extreme security threat. I cant stop them because calling the police only results in my arrest and hospitalization for mental illness. The handlers know this and they don’t care about any pain I am subjected to or if I am arrested. I don’t even know if these handlers know the others are there or if they care that they are mobbing me with torture weapons at the same time. I am still taking antibiotics to treat the many painful and disturbing boils that these people have been inducing on my scalp, the back of my neck, buttocks, crotch and arms. They can see inflammation on the thermal image of me and will continually work on making the infected boils worse and more numerous each day, whether I have a new handler or now. It is as though I am the most hated man in the world and am deserving of being tortured and tormented to death. They even let the air out of my tires almost daily if the torture was not enough punishment for me. If one of these people were to tell a normal person what they are doing, torturing people the person would say they are insane and in need of mental help. This is why I am sure they only talk about it among sociopathic people and it seems normal to them. I believe they think they are like secret agents because they get paid for this ludicrous job.

I am a 63 year old man who is being chased like a criminal around the country side as I drive in my car to escape and get some peace. Yet these handlers track me with Continuous Tagging Tracking and Locating (CTTL) as it is known to Navy Seals (JSOC) and others who use it to track down and kill insurgents. But I am an American Citizen in the United States who is free yet kept in a virtual prison by these Private Contractor Handlers who track me with GPS like bounty hunters. There is no war presumably but not so it is apparent to me. I think that these people are supposed to pretend that I am a terrorist who is on the run and must be contained. There seems to be mixed signals going on here because surely they know I am innocent yet they play the game as if I was a terrorist. They are playing me as if my life is a video game for their entertainment. In addition to the directed energy weapons I am subjected to Organized Stalking. There is an army of citizen soldier like thugs who are directed by the handlers. They will follow me everywhere and try their best to interfere with anything and everything and even engineer destructive events. I have been run off the road, baited with conversation only to find that interactions Which I have during my day are often as not gas lighting encounters where the stalkers are given a script about a play in which I am the secret star. They then act it out, often badly towards the agenda chosen for me. The common theme in all of this is that I am supposed to be afraid and run like a scared rabbit, scurrying everywhere I go, falling over myself and the stalkers throughout my day. As it happens though I don’t run and I am not afraid of them, but that doesn’t stop them from trying.

I had always thought that my government would not do this to me. But, as I have been shown over and over, YES they would and are doing this to American Citizens every day, 24/7. Telling a Congressman or Senator does no good as I and many thousands of other Targeted Individuals (TI’s) have found out.
We are told various versions of it sounds crazy, etc and we break off contact with them and must continue running and being chased by Private Military Psyops Contractor Handlers. One might think that this is a big mistake that will be cleared up soon when because it is sure to be discovered any time. Yet hundreds of TI’s have testified before several meetings of President Obama’s Bioethics Advisory Committee. Amy Guttman is Chairperson of a large group of people with advanced degrees and having various degrees of bioethics experience. You would think that here the problem would surely be detected by these seasoned professionals. But discouragingly, you realize that after 300 testimonials on one particular day, that nothing will happen as the day pass by with no progress or any indication of progress. TI’s were given a microphone in front of video cameras and a small cadre of the Bioethics Committee leaders, as they state how they are chased and shot with energy weapons. What we soon realize is that they have no plans to do anything and they are only there for looks and window dressing to smooth over any rough publicity but certainly they are not there to actually find any bioethics violation. Amy Guttman and her staff know and flaunt all the right words that make it seem like they are there for a purpose but they ignore absolutely every TI’s testimonial. President Obama either heard nothing from Amy Guttman or he ignored it if he did hear anything. As time passes you further realize that the whole government is corrupt. It only looks like the government you used to know, but it is all there for show and not for action. People vote and elect republicans or democrats and even though they have different beliefs, they are both running the same agenda which is to provide cover and advocate for the corporate state as if the corporations elected the politicians. In a way they did elect the politicians because the Supreme court said that any amount of money can be given to political candidates. This allows politicians to be bought. Politicians who want to work for the people are defeated and politicians who are for the status quo receive campaign adds that tell a fantastic story where lies are as good as the truth if they can be believed by the masses. We have a dysfunctional congress and Senate who are only worried about money and support for their next election. They should all be fired and new politicians elected, who have the peoples business as their priority. What we get out of all this is dysfunction and corruption with only the pretense of a functional democracy. Taxes go towards funding the military industrial complex because the wars are ending. The people are now the enemy and some of us are used for bait like me. Corporate profits are the only thing that matters and anything including human beings come a distant second.

How can our tax dollars go towards returning the banks to record profitability after they crashed the economy. The banks knew that making give away loans instead of verifying creditworthiness and then selling them off in toxic bundles where the banks knew they would inevitably be defaulted on when the interest rates went up to unsustainable levels that could be and were predictable. The tax payers have to pay for this bacchanalia and no one cares. No one says the banks are guilty and no one puts bankers in jail. Also we have the Federal Reserve system which is a private entity that produces money out of thin air for the government to borrow and the people to pay back. Do you realize that your taxes and borrowed money is going toward financing the military industrial complex security state which congress doubled its budget to 80 billion. This is bypassing the normal productivity process where we produce things for sale. Terrorism is an illusionary threat which is driving a boom in national security. This boom in national security has taken away our rights and has produced a totalitarian state. We are all slaves now and in the end it will all come crashing down when the results are seen to be less than worthless and the bill comes due. Don’t you think that calls for extreme austerity will be made because we cant afford and really don’t want the yoke of all the useless mega security we are so eagerly funding now.

Below are photo’s of my fathers back following shoddy surgery to remove a growth. Upon my further inspection, I noticed (circled in red in the second photo) several smaller growths that were left by the surgical team of what my dad called the KILLING HOSPITAL, Fairview RangeMedical Center (University Medical Center – Mesabi/ Mesaba Clinics) Hibbing MN. This was the beginning of the end for him. THEY FINISHED HIM OFF IN A MYSTERY ROOM AT 7 AM THE MORNING HE WAS DISCHARGED TO ME! APRIL 2ND 2013 AT 1O AM. AFTER GIVEN A YEAR LIFE EXPECTANCY TWO WEEKS EARLIER. I’VE GOT GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS…

The GOOD NEWS is we may not have to deal with a MAD MAX TYPE SCENARIO after a financial collapse of biblical proportions after all. According the post titled: 12 DISASTERS THAT COULD BRING ABOUT THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT, there are a few other options on the table… although none of them sound all the enjoyable to me. The BAD NEWS is if we don’t end up with one of those other wonderful fates, and some form of rioting, armed conflict, or civil war does break out, we can expect there to be “DEATH SQUADS” patrolling the country.

The globalists agenda is moving ahead like a freight train, with racial divisions being purposely exploited to create chaos that is leading to another American civil war. In the video below, renowned author Steve Quayle, joins Alex Jones to provide listeners with the latest he has heard from his sources as he explains this is a “critical time” and the biggest issue right now is that “we are under a full Communist internal revolution.”

Quayle does an excellent job explaining that there is no better way to get “massive civil unrest” than to have high visibility “assassinations.”

Get ready for the death squads people because everything is going according to plan, as can be seen in the latest incident where an 18-year-old armed man was shot and killed in Missouri, sparking yet more protests. What we are watching play out in front of our very eyes is the “full take down of the United States, from within and without.”
