In light of all the hardships I’ve come upon shortly after my son-in-law, Greg Bailey, worked on my van, April 2013, was intentionally vandalized by (the guy a scripted into my daughters life in 2000) gang stalking perp. Further research the mechanics at the Hugo location, Greg Bailey (my now disowned son-in-law) has a criminal history, concerning drugs! Your safety and your pocket book are at risk! In my case, this sabotage is a direct result of the grander scheme of the gang stalkers, unfortunately, my own children decided to support this hideous agenda when they (Greg Bailey had big plans long before my fathers murder, or so he thought!) realized they too were not gettin’ their money grubbin’ hands on anything I inherited from my father, including MY LAKE-SHORE PROPERTY! I just recently last week tied the Baileys of Bigfork MN. to a familial tie to the Gerald and Judy Clark. It’s all coming together nicely, No?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR AUTO TO THESE MECHANICS FOR REPAIR OR TUNE UP! I had one of their mechanics work on my brakes in April and a tune up, and have had nothing but SERIOUS, COSTLY, (in excess of a grand already spent) problems with my van! …and now the brakes are grinding and she’s sluggish at starting and at times wont start! I believe Greg Bailey also tampered with my fairly new battery …and now my tranny’s slippin’!

I figured out this guy was a scripted gang stalking perp (with hindsight since 2000) as the circumstances by which he returned into my daughter Jessica Matheny’s life at a time when she had decided to live up north here where her grandfather and I lived. There is an established pattern of relationship sabotage whenever I (or my deceased (MURDERED) father) stood to benefit in any way. Be it emotional support or physical help. Sarah is my 27 year old daughter, who in late 2010, early 2011, I reported as being kidnapped. A Fridley Minnesota police report exists (upon her release) as does a report to the Minneapolis FBI, prior to said release. In fact it was my acknowledgement to her (and them) that I had contacted the FBI that I believe led to the perpetrators releasing her. She was dropped off at the Menards in Fridley MN.
She texted me, sporadically, during this time. At first I believed her, that she sneaked these texts to me in secret, though it was my text to her that I had made a report of kidnapping to the FBI, and my belief that they read those texts that resulted in her release. I even at one point believed her to have colluded with these perps and still do, but believe it to have been fear driven. She did inform me threats to harm her family were made. The circumstances involved were strongly indicative to sex trafficking which upon our reunion, she confirmed to me. She was 23 when this nightmare began. To cut to the chase, I have always had my suspicions of people that were in her life. Older woman (40+), who were from out-state (North Dakota) as well as a random bunch of people I had little knowledge of. A person in common all these older woman had was Jodi L. Oborn Perrizo, also passed away suddenly last winter. I have alleged and still maintain that the circumstances surrounding Sarah and Jodi’s friendship were peculiar. Jodi was an employee of a juvenile facility that Sarah was in when they met. Sarah stayed with me from January until May 2011 and returned to the Twin Cities. I lost touch with her completely, until her Grandfathers funeral last April 2013. One of our visits last summer 2013 she confided in me that the woman she called to come up North where we lived (Hibbing) to pick her up, was in fact one of the woman that was either trafficked or aiding the traffickers. I met this woman where Sarah previously worked as she also was a co-worker (coincidence that a woman associated with the people from the alleged kidnapping, was now a co-worker?)
Sometime in September 2013, following my last visit to the Cities to see her, she quit texting and calling and we became estranged. When she was here living with me for the 5 months in 2011, and rational, her and I determined that those who had her were somehow tied to those who target me.

My online searches of the last two weeks of Sarah’s life found her to have been incarcerated for a domestic. I’m assuming against Stephanie Griffey, the latest 40+ yr. old woman to prey on my beautiful daughter. Upon making this discovery in May 2014, I again made a report, this time to the local Advocates for Human Rights and the St Paul Police Department as Sarah is a protected class of people per the Human Rights Act as a Disabled Vulnerable Adult.
…and on October 1st., I received the tragic news, that the demons I’d been fighting for the past 4 years, took the life of my baby, AND I WILL NEVER BELIEVE OTHERWISE!
I am estranged from my ex-husbands family as a result OF THAT WHICH I KNOW TO BE THE TRUTH! Therefore I will not be attending Sarah’s memorial service, being provided by them. I stand on God’s word and will take no part in their evil, especially to memorialize the one person in this whole world I was closest to and believe in my heart of hearts, met foul play from the very same gang of organized stalkers, that walk among them… Keep very far from a false matter and (be very careful) not to condemn to death the innocent and the righteous, for I will not justify and acquit the wicked (Ex. 23:7).

Fritz Springmeier Gets 9 Years for Bank Robbery
PORTLAND – A list of possible terror targets compiled by an ultra-right wing group, including government buildings and other facilities were made public Thursday as a federal judge sentenced a Portland area man for his part in a 1997 bank robbery.
After the sentencing of Fritz Springmeier, a self-described religious author, Clackamas County Sheriff deputies revealed a loose-leaf binder seized in 2001 as a part of the case.
Springmeier, a white separatist known for his anti-government writings will serve 9 years in federal prison. Federal Judge James Redden characterized the robbery that included the detonation of a pipe bomb as a diversion as “vicious.”
Among the locations handwritten in the binder entitled “Army of God, Yahweh’s Warriors, were the federal building, FBI offices, and KATU studios in Portland.
Floor plans to the FBI offices were also a part of the evidence seized in a raid on property near Corbett on Feb. 9, 2001.
In the raid, federal agents also seized a cache of military-style assault weapons, including an AK-47, hand grenades, C-4 explosives, and bomb-making ingredients that included ammonium nitrate and fuel oil.
“We take it (the target lists) very seriously,” says Steve Thoroughman, a detective with Clackamas County, and the lead investigator of the US government’s case against Springmeier and his accomplice Forrest Bateman, who was convicted and sentenced earlier this year in connection with the bank robbery.
Thoroughman says agents of the FBI and ATF have reviewed the hand-written notes and have followed up on those leads.
“They had the means to do almost anything they wanted to,” said Thoroughman. They had fully automatic AK-47’s, they had night vision, they had ceramic body armor, anything they needed to carry out an assault.”
Federal prosecutors say the handwritten notes were a clue to the workings of the group, but without additional overt acts they did not provide enough evidence to prove a conspiracy.
“We had to have more to make that kind of a case,” said Frank Noonan, the US attorney who prosecuted Springmeier.
Springmeier’s wife Patricia says her husband first met Bateman at a bible study in 1995.
“He knew the bible forward and backward, and that’s why they first got together,” says Patricia Springmeier.
Patricia also says her husband was framed by the federal government for his writings that she believes exposed corruption at high levels of the government.

Rebuttal To The KATU News Report

The above two statements stand in stark contrast to one another. The actual statement (blue text) was spoken by the most courageous man I have ever met in my life. The paraphrased statement (brown text) is a fiction that was attributed to the same man–my husband, Fritz Springmeier–by Eric Mason of KATU News (the local CBS affiliate) and John Stevens of International News in their KATU News report.
How Mason and Stevens sat together in the courtroom, right behind me, with notebooks and pens in hand and yet bungled so audible a statement is beyond my comprehension. For the purpose of this rebuttal, KATU’s statements will be in brown and my response will be in blue.
Prior to sentencing, we had originally wanted to forward a simple communication from Fritz to let you all know that everything is OK and that we are seeking a retrial through several justifications.
However, because there was so much fiendish innuendo and so many blatant lies contained in the KATU / Stevens report; we are obligated at this point to simply refute each false allegation one-by-one. I must add that in view of the latitude given law enforcement since the RICO act and 911, if they truly had such evidence against my husband, he would be charged and tried for Conspiracy to Commit Terrorist Acts. District attorney Frank Noonan says that “We had to have more to make that kind of a case”. Thus, the real agenda for spreading such yellow journalism locally, is that it will ruin Fritz’ chances for getting an untainted jury should one of the the appeals be successful-and of course-bring mainstream recognition to the so-called journalist, John Stevens. So, what about this “evidence”?

FACT: This statement makes it sound as if the judge included it in his sentencing decree–which he did not. Furthermore, none of this “evidence” was spoken of at all in the courtroom. Notice how the article and video contain the typical “cover-your-legal-rear-end” qualifiers such as “possible terror targets”, “evidence suggesting” and accusations disguised as questions.

FACT: The loose-leaf binder was found on the Huntington property where Tony Huntington and Forrest Bateman lived. The handwriting in the loose-leaf binder is definitely not Fritz’. Furthermore, although Fritz makes no secret that he is a Christian, he has never described himself as a religious author.
The video presentation shows a cache of illegal weapons, an Army of God armband and the loose-leaf binder, all obtained during a raid, leaving the viewer to assume that these items were found on our property. An anonymous source, interviewed gives the same laundry list.
FACT: Again, all were items found on the Huntington property.
TONY HUNTINGTON–The Missing Link
Conspicuously absent from the report is any mention of Tony Huntington, on whose mother’s property all of the “evidence” used in KATU’s report was found. Huntington and Bateman (Bateman rented a room in an out-building on the property) had been friends since childhood and lived on Huntington’s mother’s property. For five months after the Feds raided his place, Huntington lived with the knowledge that the illegal arsenal and 50 plant pot grow (complete with power diversion) would net him an approximately 120 year sentence.
Thus, five months after authorities raided his house, Huntington decided to finger Fritz for the Damascus Key Bank robbery in 1997 in exchange for leniency. Although KATU’s report on Fritz mentions Bateman as one of the Key Bank robbers, missing is the fact that as prosecution’s principal witness against Fritz–Huntington perjured himself on the stand by admitting to having taken an active role in the robbery on the day of the robbery. Huntington received a paltry 3 ½ years for his testimony against Fritz.
Another of Huntington’s lies which was not revealed in the courtroom, but was contained within the discovery paperwork for the case, is that Fritz used the robbery funds to finance a trip to Japan to promote his “Bloodlines of the Illuminati” book. When Reverend Izumi Koishi heard of this allegation he made two unsuccessful attempts to fly to Portland from Japan at his own expense, in order to appear in court to refute Huntington’s assertion with cold, hard evidence. Sadly, the trial date kept moving around, so that Reverend Koishi lost money on two sets of non-refundable flight tickets. Fritz’ former attorneys kept waffling on the decision of whether to let Koishi testify. However, before the third attempt was made by Koishi to appear, Fritz’ attorneys decided not to let Koishi testify.
After the guilty verdict was handed down, Reverend Koishi then flew in to offer support. He also brought the evidence that he would have shown in court–a receipt for a Citibank draft in the amount of $2,000 USD made out to Fritz so that he could give a talk about “Bloodlines of the Illuminati”, which consequently got published in Japanese. Fritz’ Japanese supporter’s paid full perdiem on Fritz’ visit. Not only did Fritz not have to spend one penny of his own from the moment he boarded the plane to go over there, he received a $2,000 fee for speaking.

FACT: Fritz has never been a white separatist and, in fact, has a “rainbow coalition” of friends and supporters. His writings can be characterised as exposing the illuminati and anti-corrupt government.

FACT: Fritz is neither left wing or right wing. “Ultra right wing extremist”, “white separatist”, these are smear labels used by lazy journalists.
From Video-“Fritz Springmeier considered himself a member of a loose-knit group known as the Army of God. Experts on US hate groups say the Army of God is a loose-knit group with no formal membership rolls.”
FACT: First of all, notice that the above statement contains built in deniability–“loose-knit group” and “no formal membership rolls”. These two qualifiers mean that they have absolutely no proof that Fritz belongs to the Army of God. Moreover, Fritz has never considered himself a member of the Army of God and every longterm friend of Fritz’ that I have asked about this, not only denied it, but laughed at the thought of it.
In summation, the entire piece was done to smear Fritz and to ruin his chances for a fair retrial. Finally, while KATU is correct in stating that Fritz has been critical of mainstream media, he would never plot to bomb their studio. The mainstream media should look to themselves as the possible source of their own destruction.
Fritz and I will continue to seek justice and to vindicate his innocence. We look forward to the appeals.

His research on Fritz Springmeier is sixth-grade level and his writing is the same level of logic. In my opinion he fabricated the alleged letter that he received from Fritz Springmeier. If he actually received such a letter he would have published a photocopy of it on his personal website. No such letter was entered into evidence at the trial. Fritz Springmeier Update – August 13, 2003
Hi Everyone,
There are two late breaking events regarding Fritz. One is good news and the other is not so good news. So I’ll give the good news first. The Feds have approved of funds for an investigator pre-sentencing, which is fantastic. This means that they see some merit in Fritz’ new attorney fighting for a retrial before sentencing, or they would have refused the funds. This new attorney has his trip together. Within two weeks of receiving the 318 page transcript and 650 pages of discovery, he had everything scanned and burned onto a CD. He interviewed Fritz for four hours and once he got the investigator, the investigator interviewed him for three hours. It is such a relief to have someone who cares! We are hoping that it is uphill from here so please keep us in your prayers—they are obviously helping.
Well, now for the bad news. One of the inmates assaulted Fritz last Wednesday, so they both got thrown into solitary confinement. Fritz tells me that he took a beating, but that he’s OK. It’s heartbreaking to be in a situation where you can’t protect or comfort your loved one. The last I spoke to him was Wednesday and heard nothing until yesterday (Tuesday) when I got a letter from him. When he didn’t call on Monday, I knew something was wrong. I’ve included an excerpt from his letter detailing the event in this update. If you’ve been thinking of writing to him lately, now would be the perfect time. Below is the contact info. for Fritz. You can send him letters and postcards only. If you want to put money on his books for stamps, batteries for his radio or other commisary items, it must be a postal money order made out to him with his Federal ID number. If you wish to send books, they must be purchased and sent from the retailer. Magazines can be sent by subscription only. Springmeier Update – July 26, 2005, We Need Your Help!
| Dear Friends,Last month Fritz and I were able to have a visit for the first time in a year-and-a-half. I flew from Denver to Phoenix and stayed for a weekend and so was able to visit with him on a Saturday and Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to have gotten a full six hours of visiting in each day! When Fritz was housed in Oregon, we were usually limited to two-hour visits to accommodate the small visiting room. You can’t imagine the excitement and relief we felt when we finally saw each other in person because, at first, it looked like the Feds were not going to let me visit.You see my trip for a short time was postponed because, in order to harass Fritz, the prison staff had pulled my approval at the last minute. After lots of prayer, calls to my senator and protests by Fritz, the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) restored my visiting privileges. The final hurdle to clear was to pass the GE Iontrack Itemiser test, which tests for 30 different substances. They put a fresh filter in a wand and pass it over your body and drivers license. Fritz warned me that certain things might give false positives, such as perfumes and lotions. BOP policy is that if a visitor fails the test the first time, they must wait 48 hours before attempting to visit again—in other words a wasted visit from out of state. It seemed so cruel. What a helpless feeling it was to consider that I had no control over what substances prior customers may have had in my rental car, hotel room, or even, who handled the bills in my purse before they became my money (the very bills I was to use to get coins in the prison lobby to use in their vending machines!). Fortunately, they had a restroom where I could wash my hands after handling the money and before being tested. For more information on the Iontrack Itemiser go here to read GE’s product information. Unfortunately, I see more of these in our future. Thankfully, I cleared the Itemiser test and Fritz and I went ahead with what became a great trip.[Permission granted.]
As you can see, Fritz looks great and is doing great. We lost complete track of the time and never ran out of things to talk about. They have a photographer on the weekends, so we had our picture taken. He does a lot of legal work and teaching to help other inmates. He teaches a course on the Civil War, for which the inmates get history credit, as well as math and other subjects. He extends his greetings to all of you, and thanks each one of you for your overwhelming support. He really enjoys all of the letters he gets. After the visit, I understand much better Fritz’s legal battles, but even I can’t be told everything to insure the legal process to free him goes smoothly. He is currently on his final appeal. While the specifics can’t be disclosed, your donations of love have allowed him to retain an accomplished attorney, J.M. Irigoyen of J.M. Irigoyen Law Corporation of Fresno, California. Mr. Irigoyen is helping Fritz out because of who he is. We expect terrific things to be happening this year, but we’re short $5,000 for the final installment which is due by September 7, 2005. TO THE UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS
This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. It is our conviction that this ban can not be implemented without the global pressure of the informed general public on the governments. Our major objective is to get across to the general public the real threat which these weapons represent for human rights and democracy and to apply pressure on the governments and parliaments around the world to enact legislature which would prohibit the use of these devices to both government and private organisations as well as individuals.” (Plenary sessions/Europarliament, 1999)
In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich introduced a bill to the House of Representatives which, it was hoped would be extremely important in the fight to expose and stop psycho-electronic mind control experimentation on involuntary, non-consensual citizens. The Bill was referred to the Committee on Science, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services and International Relations. This letter is to ask for your help for the many victims who are being attacked with Psychotronic (or Mind Control, Electronic, Directed Energy, Neurological, Non-lethal) Weapons.
As long ago as 1994 in Montreux, Switzerland the International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC raised the issue of Psychotronic or Directed-Energy weapons, also at the Geneva Forum in 2002, and also in 2009 at the 5th European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons and at the European Conference.
In January 1999, the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls “ for an international convention introducing a global ban on all development and deployment of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings. In October 2001, Congressman Dennis J. Gang Stalking is also used to gather information on individuals as well as force individuals to move or leave an area. Motivations for the abuse Motivations for Gang Stalking vary. Who are the stalkers? The stalkers, for the most part, appear to be everyday citizens. They wear business suits, push their children in strollers, and shop at the local grocery store. It conveys the otherworldly nature of this form of attack, and gives you the feeling of what it’s like to be stalked. Examples of Gang Stalking Harassment Flash mobs, Slashed Tires, Threatening Phone Calls, Verbal Assaults by Strangers, Property Damage, Death Threats, “Peeping Toms”, Following on Foot or by Vehicle, Bizarre Notes and Drawings Left(usually of a satanic nature), Odd behavior by multiple people in relation to the victim(Everyone makes a certain gesture as they walk by, or mention victim’s name while talking on their cellphones), Loitering, Anonymous False Accusations to Friends, Family, and Neighbors, Character Assassination, Smear Campaigns, “Black-Listing”, Psychological Abuse, etc. Tactics used by Stalkers Anchoring Anchoring is a technique employed by stalkers to implant a false motivation or reason behind the stalking, preventing the victim from discovering the truth. In more sinister examples, Anchoring involves the implantation of evidence to persuade the victim some other group or organization is responsible for the abuse. Baiting The term “Baiting” is a stalking tactic used to lure a victim into environments, or situations, which cause further problems to the victim. Often “Baiting” involves tricking a victim into committing a crime or unknowingly engaging in an illegal activity such as assault. They trick the victim into thinking an innocent bystander is the culprit of their harassment and try to compel the victim into assaulting the person. Brighting Brighting is a term jokingly referred to by stalkers to indicate the practice of repetitive flashing of a car’s high-beam headlights. The victim is usually followed and may be “flashed” from either a “tail-gating” vehicle or a passing or on-coming one. “Brighting” also occurs when bright lights are flashed into a victim’s home-windows. Electronic Harassment is the use of technological devices to spy on or cause harm to targeted victims. For example, exposure to a high magnetic field has been shown to induce hallucinations in humans while exposure to intense microwave radiation induces psychotic episodes and causes brain damage. A frequent form of Electronic Harassment involves beaming a low frequency “hum” or “tone” into a victim’s home or general area. Over time, the exposure causes the victim to lose sleep, become agitated, and suffer the effects of prolonged stress. Such tactics are also being used in cases of hostage situations as well as covert government operations. These forms of magnetic fields can be caused by technological or preternatural means. Ghosting The term Ghosting refers to the practice of rearranging, or moving, of a victim’s home furniture, lawn decorations, desk decorations at work, etc. The purpose of Ghosting is to make a victim question his or her sanity. Ghosting is also designed to make other’s question the sanity of the victim, especially if the victim attempts to complain of the abuse. Mimicry Mimicry is a specialized form of harassment in which the stalkers publicly imitate every movement made by the victim. This shows an aspect of the trickster. It is a manifestation of the true source of the stalking. Mobbing Mobbing is a term that describes “Group Bullying”. Of itself, Mobbing is not equated with gang stalking. However, Mobbing may be a tactic used by the perpetrators of gang Stalking. “Flash mobbing” is an event occurring when a targeted individual is spotted in society. Their photo and location is immediately and simultaneously sent out by cell phone text messages and Internet email to all gangstalkers within a certain radius. All gangstalkers then suddenly descend upon the target as a mob. Noise Campaign A Noise Campaign is an orchestrated effort to produce stress in a victim through prolonged exposure to significant noise levels. A Noise Campaign can range from multiple neighbors routinely playing loud music, individual stalkers with air-horns or fireworks, or organized “repair work” that involves a high level of noise. Sensitization is a psychological term referring to the forced association between a stimuli and a corresponding reaction. Stalkers use Sensitization to psychologically abuse a victim. For example, if a stalker constantly harasses a victim while wearing a blue baseball cap, then overtime the victim will begin to believe anyone wearing a blue baseball cap is a stalker and is coming to harass. Sensitization undoubtedly creates an extreme level of fear in a victim, in direct fulfillment of the intentions of the stalkers. Street Theater Street Theater is a term used to describe the odd-actions and behaviors that stalkers do in public, in an attempt to rile the victim.Such behavior often borders on the extremely bizarre and is aimed at a blurring of the boundaries between reality and fantasy in the minds of the victims. The term Gas-Lighting originates from the 1944 film Gaslight. In the movie, the character of Gregory Anton, played by actor Charles Boyer, attempts to drive the character Pauline, played by actress Ingrid Bergman, insane. The phrase Gas-Lighting has come to mean similar actions and behavior, as used in the film, against a victim. “The White Glove Treatment” is slang for Gang Stalking as jokingly referred to by the Masons who either participate in, or know of its usage against so-called “Enemies of Freemasonry”. [Note: The phrase “The White Glove Treatment” is not limited to Freemasonry, as members of similar groups and organizations often practice Gang Stalking.) Reportedly performed by cults and secret organizations such as Satanists, secret orders of free masons, some voodoo /obeah practitioners and Scientologists as a means of control or for punishment. “Ritual abuse” is incorporated into “ritual gangstalking” patterns in this case. Cybergangstalking A situation where an individual is identified to be a target through Internet participation and their personal identity is determined. Cybergangstalkers pierce the electronic veil and are able to enter into the real life of a person, creating all forms of harassment, theft, psychological operations including slander and libel, and able to commit crimes against the targeted individual.
