Gov. Dayton to propose buffer zones bordering all state waters
BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — Gov. Mark Dayton announced Friday that he will propose legislation calling for vegetative buffer zones 50 to 60 feet wide bordering all waters of the state, with the regulation to be enforced by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
Dayton made the announcement to about 325 people attending the 25th annual Roundtable meeting sponsored by the DNR in Brooklyn Park, Minn. The proposal grew out of a statewide Pheasant Summit called by the governor and held Dec. 13 in Marshall, Minn.
“I believe people should be good stewards of the land,” Dayton said. “They own the land, but the people own the waters.”
Minnesota’s pheasant numbers have declined significantly in recent years as farmers opt out of the federal Conservation Reserve Program, which pays landowners to take land out of crop production and to plant grasses. Pheasants need grasslands for nesting and for cover.
But Dayton emphasized that his proposal would improve the state’s water quality and benefit all species that rely on grassland habitat.
Duluth’s Frank Jewell, a St. Louis County commissioner and also a member of the Clean Water Council under the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment, welcomed Dayton’s proposal.
“This is so exciting,” Jewell said. “The issue of riparian buffers is huge.”
Current law requires buffers on many waters, but enforcement usually falls to individual counties and has been inconsistent, conservationists say.
“It’s been a soft policy, and it’s been viewed as a soft policy,” said Howard Vincent, president and CEO of Pheasants Forever.
Vincent supports the governor’s proposal.
“There’s not a better practice than buffers for wildlife, water and soil,” Vincent said, “but it’s still a starting point.”
Doug Busselman, director of public policy for the Minnesota Farm Bureau, said the governor’s proposal would be a hardship for many of the group’s 30,000 members.
“In many cases where there are buffer requirements, now it’s 16½ feet and now you’d be going to 50 and that’s going to take considerable land out of production,” said Busselman, who attended the governor’s speech at the Roundtable.
DNR ENFORCEMENT
From 2007 to 2013, Minnesota lost 600,000 acres of grassland that had been enrolled in CRP, DNR Commissioner Tom Landwehr said.
The buffer proposal would protect about 125,000 acres of land, or just under 200 square miles, along rivers, lakes and wetlands, the governor said.
A key provision of the proposal is that the DNR, not local or county officials, would enforce the buffer requirements, Dayton said.
“It will be enforced — and I mean enforced — by the DNR through aerial and other inspections,” the governor said.
Jewell said he has made tours in farm country where he has seen land farmed right up to waterways, with water running from farmland directly into the water.
“There should be fines for not complying (with the regulations),” Dayton said. “We have to have real consequences.”
The Farm Bureau’s Busselman said the proposal assumes there are widespread violations of current buffering requirements on farmland when in fact no statewide investigation has been conducted.
“We’d be enacting a broad regulation without any real sense of whether it’s going to do anything good for pheasant populations,” he said. “We have concerns over the one-size-fits-all nature of the governor’s particular proposal …. and we’ll obviously be engaged in the proposal as it goes through the legislative process. …
“There’s also a property rights issue that seems to be missed in all of this,” Busselman said “It’s somewhat akin to the governor saying, ‘Let’s take the front 20 feet of your lawn and let anyone walk on it.’ ”
If Dayton’s proposed legislation is adopted, the benefits of such a regulation would go far beyond creating more pheasant habitat, said Pheasants Forever’s Vincent.
“Whether you hunt or are an outdoors person or not, everyone should understand water and what we need to do to protect it,” Vincent said.
Dayton said he will make the proposal part of the budget he will propose to the Minnesota Legislature later this month.

I’m not sure what to make of yesterdays events. I was scoped out by a low flying airplane twice yesterday. It circled around noon and again a little after 1:00 pm. Similar to what the Minnesota DNR uses in St Louis County to spray herbicides and pesticides.
Again last evening between 5:30 and 5:45 pm (Aprox) the low flyer (I heard it) not too enthused as this was the 3rd time in one day, I didn’t rush to photograph the harassment, as I deemed it was a noise campaign embarked upon and was done giving the organized gang stalkers the satisfaction of annoying me, lol). Shortly thereafter I heard a jet flying lower than usual and this time I did go out to see what type of jet if possible. That’s when I took these photo’s first of the “V” shape left by dispersing something from the 1st plane. Which sounded the same as the plane here around noon and 1:00. That plane appeared to be similar if not the plane Minnesota DNR/St Louis County, uses to spray the power line to hinder tree growth/or a water bomber type plane used to fight brush-fires.

I am a VERY spiritual Christian as was my youngest daughter, Sarah, who they took control of 1st by physically kidnapping her in December 2010 and through coercion since freeing her in January 2011. Undercover FBI agents will now be able to attend public gatherings or enter places that are open to the public…But President George W. Bush said they were part of necessary changes at the FBI…
“‘Apparently, Attorney General Ashcroft wants to get the FBI back in the business of spying on religious and political organizations,’ said Margaret Ratner of the Center for Constitutional Rights. ‘That alone would be unconstitutional, but history suggests the FBI won’t stop at passive information gathering.’
“The old guidelines had been based on the principle that federal agents should not compile dossiers on people and groups without a reason to believe a crime had been committed. Ashcroft portrayed the changes as a preventive measure…
“But the American Civil Liberties Union blasted the action as the ‘latest power grab by an administration that seems determined to undermine the bedrock values of liberty, equality and government accountability.’
“The ACLU and other groups have opposed measures implemented by Ashcroft since Sept. 11, including the creation of military tribunals.
“U.S. Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, also blasted the changes. ‘The administration’s continued defiance of constitutional safeguards seems to have no end in sight,’ the Detroit congressman said in a statement.” – 490

“The Posse Comitatus Act, passed soon after the Civil War, generally prohibits military involvement in domestic policing. The military has been limited to support roles as the FBI and state and local police investigate the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
“U.S. Sen. John W. Warner, R-Va., was among several senators arguing Thursday that the law needs to be re-examined. Others, led by Sen. Max Cleland, D-Ga., argued that after Sept. 11, the military should not be subordinate to the FBI or local police in responding to domestic threats. ‘This is war… The Department of Defense ought to be the lead dog here,’ Cleland asserted.” – 298
“Douglas Valentine, who has written extensively on the Phoenix program, says that the Bush Administration has begun to set up a ‘counter-terrorist’ organization similar to the Phoenix program that operated in Vietnam. It will operate as an integral part of Governor Tom Ridge’s ‘Office of Homeland Security’ (OHS). If that is true, than God help us all.
“Valentine says that while the OHS appeared immediately after the tragic events of 11 September, ‘like a rabbit pulled from a magician’s star-spangled hat,’ it’s important to understand that it has been at least four years in the making. Based on studies and predictions that a catastrophic terror attack was inevitable, the U.S. Commission on National Security in the 21st Century (co-chaired by former Senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman) had proposed an OHS-type entity patterned after Phoenix in January of 2001.
“The Phoenix Program originated out of the turmoil and confusion of the Vietnam War. Valentine says that the CIA believed that in order to win the war, it had to destroy the Viet Cong’s political and administrative organization and root out its supporters throughout the country – kind of like the way the ‘War on Terror’ is doing now to the Taliban in Afghanistan. The CIA based this belief on the assumption that opposing ideological factions were battling for the loyalty of the ‘complacent masses,’ and that the VC were winning the war for the hearts and minds of the ‘masses’ through the use of propaganda and ‘selective terror,’ meaning the cold-blooded murder and mutilation of government officials.
“In response, according to Valentine, the CIA created its own counter-terror program – Phoenix. As part of this effort, the CIA began constructing a massive ‘gulag archipelago’ of secret interrogation centers throughout South Vietnam’s 44 provinces. Four regional centers were also built, and an existing National Interrogation Center (NIC) was modernized in Saigon. I visited the NIC on ‘intelligence matters’ on many different occasions when I was in Saigon.
“Phoenix was run essentially by a cadre of ‘secret police’ advised by the CIA and American military intelligence officers. Informants were recruited in every district, village, and hamlet in Vietnam. On the basis of an accusation made by a single anonymous informant, a VC suspect or sympathizer could be arrested and detained indefinitely. They were held until they confessed (often under torture); and then they were sent to Stalinist internal security tribunals (like the ones Bush is proposing) for ‘further disposition.’
“This is exactly what the OHS is proposing to set up in this country, and America has a lot of experience in such matters; the CIA has been operating Phoenix-like programs throughout its system of ‘client states’ for years now, so operating one now in the United States would be a cinch – we reap what we sow eventually. This is called ‘blowback.’ Valentine says that like the Phoenix program in Vietnam, the OHS will establish field offices in the 50 states and all of America’s major cities. In order to achieve its elusive goal of ‘internal security,’ the OHS, like Phoenix, will need to extend its informants nets throughout the country. Inevitably, every town will probably be required to form an OHS Committee which will be comprised of citizens that the OHS has deemed politically suitable. The job of these committees will be to process reports by ‘concerned citizens’ (i.e., informants) about the activities of ‘suspected citizens.’ Perhaps once a week these reports will be forwarded to the OHS Committee at the county level. The country committee will review the reports and send the most urgent ones to the state committee. At each level, the reports will be filtered through an ideological filter.
“What makes such a system especially dangerous is that Attorney General John Ashcroft has vowed to ‘arrest and detain any suspected terrorist who has violated the law,’ and has further promised ‘airtight surveillance’ of them – but has yet to define what a ‘suspected terrorist’ is. This is what happened in Vietnam too. There was never any consensus about the definition of a VC sympathizer; at best, it was tacitly understood by the ideologues, and the security forces under their control, that a person was either ‘for us’ or ‘against us.’ Moreover, it wasn’t enough to be just ‘for us’ in a passive sense; one had to be actively ‘against them.’
“So the definition of a terrorist suspect is deliberately left open, paving the way for political repression. The anti-terror legislation passed by Congress and signed by Bush allows for secret searches of the homes of people who meet the nebulous criteria of ‘suspected terrorist.'” – 385
“(March 17) You will be happy to learn that the former head of the KGB (the secret police of the former Soviet Union), General Yevgeni Primakov, has been hired as a consultant by the US Department of Homeland Security. Firstly, I created this blog because I strongly believe we are closer to the last day than most believe and I strongly believe Targeted Individuals are chosen for specific reasons according to their position in earth age #1. Another, I think common sense theory I base my beliefs on, is our “FREQUENCIES” which are measured in order to carryout much of the heinous Electronic Harassment and Torture many are targeted with. One would expect a significant identifier, or difference between satan’s rebels, the Elect, and those that just don’t (didn’t) care. For this reason I believe not just Believers in Christ are the targets. There has to be those that are conformed rebels (pretty much the purpose of this age) and those who have potential to be conform to Christ’s side… so to speak. Those potential’s can be taught in the next age (The Millennium) and are therefore a threat to the anti-christ system. In NEAR FULL EFFECT I might add! UNFORTUNATELY most Christians, will fall for and have fallen for THE TEACHING OF TODAY’S (RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS) CHURCH DENOMINATIONS, one of the 4 hidden dynasties (behold four horns… Zechariah 1:18 and Revelation Chapter 9) working to bring about the anti-christ system. The others are politics, education, economics. Before I go any further I want to add that it was the recent death of my daughter that gave me Eyes To See Ears to Hear. Her purpose in His Grand plan revealed (2 Corinthians 5:8 “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. You Are A Dangerous Generation

Have you ever seen a movie where people keep trying to kill someone… only that person doesn’t realize someone is after them? Strange things keep happening. Near misses, so-called accidents, explosions they barely escape, etc. The audience knows what’s going on. They keep anxiously hoping that person will realize someone is trying to take them out. That they are a target.
But it takes this “target” over half the movie to figure it out. When they finally do, they start fighting back. Getting smart. Avoiding danger. Dodging bullets. Planning counter attacks. Winning.
But even after they figure out they’re a target, it’s usually near the end of the movie before they can figure out WHY someone is after them. WHY they are a target. Finally they realize it’s something they have, or know… or perhaps just who they are… that makes them so important to destroy.
So it is with your generation.
Sometimes you have to recognize the intensity of the enemy’s attack before you understand just how much of a threat your are… how dangerous you are.
Your generation is a big threat to the enemy. Why? Because you have a huge call on your lives. A big, intense anointing that God is going to lay on you once you realize WHO you are in Him. You are like no other generation before you. It is the last days anointing—of healing the sick, raising the dead, and seeing multitudes come into the Kingdom through your witness and ministry. There is a powerful call on your whole generation.
That is why the enemy wants to take you out. That is why he has laid so many traps for you.
Think about it.
First, there’s drugs. Lots of them. A few generations ago there was pot and acid and some hard stuff. Now there are so many more kinds of drugs. And they are way stronger than they used to be—and lots easier to get, too. Who can fulfill their destiny with a foggy, confused mind?
Then there’s sex. Well, there’s always been sex. But now with AIDS and various STD’s you can die from having sex… even just once. Can’t fulfill your destiny if you’re sick… or dead.
There’s lots of sexual abuse, too. A huge percentage of you have been sexually abused, raped, molested. What used to happen once in awhile now happens all the time… and most of it happens right in your own homes by your parents, brothers, sisters, relatives… or someone else you should have been able to trust. There’s a lot more physical and emotional abuse too… stuff that degrades you and makes you feel like you are nothing. Nobody. Like dying. Like giving up before you even begin.
These are all things that hurt your heart and can ruin your life if you are left on your own and never turn to Jesus. It’s hard to think about fulfilling your destiny when you are dealing with so much personal heartbreak.
And to top it off, the enemy has made sure that your generation gets it daily dose of violence, evil doings, and callousness towards those who are smaller, weaker and not as good looking or smart. He says it’s OK to snicker and not care when some someone else is hurt… or even when you are hurt. You just need to act like you don’t care. Pretty soon you think you really don’t.
It’s just one big ugly cycle.
Today there’s a lot more to be angry about, confused about, betrayed about…. and so many messages out there just tell you to harden your heart, join tougher gangs, get bigger guns, take harder drugs, have more sex… anything to make your mind and heart number than it’s ever been because the pain is so great. Because reality is so unbearable. And he tells some of you to ease some of your emotional pain by hurting others, or even to cause yourselves some genuine physical pain. Some of you know exactly what I mean.
And then there is the big one. The biggest attack on your generation ever.
Do you know that the enemy thinks your generation is so dangerous that he probably tried to kill you before you were even born? If you are alive and reading this right now—and you are in your mid-twenties or younger—you are a survivor of the biggest war in human history. It’s called abortion—and the enemy has already murdered over 20 million of your classmates before they even saw the light of day. And that’s just in America. Think of the brothers, sisters, cousins, and good friends you might have had if abortion hadn’t been legalized. The numbers are staggering and the abortion war rages on today. Some of you have even avoided being parents in this way—which has most likely plagued you with guilt. Who can fulfill their destiny when they are full of guilt?
Do you think all of this would be happening if you were not such a threat to the enemy? There must be something about you that makes satan hate you so much… that makes him so afraid of you surviving, being of sound mind, and fulfilling your destiny in God. And it is simply this:
You are a chosen generation. Chosen by God to do mighty exploits in His name.
Satan knows if he can’t get you into his clutches that you will turn against him with a vengeance. He knows you have within you a God given concern for the weak and the lost. That you have a strong sense of justice and fairness. That when you fully get ahold of God’s heart you will be devastating to him. That is why he has tried to pervert the call on your lives, and stop you before you begin. That’s why the enemy has tried to take you out at the earliest possible moment. And if he can’t take you out, he wants to ruin you in some way… or cause you to do such horrible things that you will believe that God could never forgive you. Or use you. Or want you. Which is all one big fat LIE.
It is never too late to turn to Jesus. Never too late to ask for forgivness. Never too late pay back the enemy for all he has done to you—and caused you to do to others. As long as you have a breath left in your body, you can use it to call on the name of the Lord. He WILL come and save you.
In truth, the lies of the enemy have been exposed. You don’t have to be destroyed. In fact, if you want to, you can do incredible things for God. And the hard things you have been through, and even the wrong or evil things you have done, are all going to give you a greater heart for those who are still trapped in satans web. You are going to understand why they have done some of things they have done. You are also going to be able to give them hope. You will have great faith that their lives can be turned around for God, because your life has been turned around for God.
What satan planned for evil, God will use for good. If you will let Him.
It is time for your generation to give satan his due. That’s why it is imperative for you to walk with God. To be HIS servant, and not a servant of the enemy. When you walk with God, you will not only receive what He has for you, but an impartation of all He has allotted for your generation—in this time and this season.
The world will be shaken when they see you move in Holy Spirit power. When they see your compassion and your love—and the favor God has given you.
The anointing and the call on your generation is something satan does not want you to discover. But it is something we at Last Days Ministries are committed to showing you. To help you grow in. We want to see you thrive in Jesus. Find the answers and help you are looking for. To be all you can be for God.
We at LDM believe in you. Some of you may feel unworthy. But aren’t we all? It is only by the grace of God that anyone can do anything worth doing. If you aren’t already walking with God, it is time to run into His arms. Do not take a shortcut. Just RUN to Him and let Him wash you and cleanse you.
Jesus wants to see you walk in your destiny even more that you want it. He is committed to you. He will bring it to pass. He will heal you. Just hold onto His hand and ask Him for His grace, and mercy, and forgivness.
It is time to leave the past behind.
Realize you are a target.
Get smart.
Dodge the bullets.
Get a strategy.
And get going.
Quit playing into the enemy’s hand. Turn the tables on him. You are dangerous. You are a threat to his evil plan. And with Jesus, you will win. You might lose a few battles along the way. But ultimately, in the end, you will win bigtime.

Though she Graced my life, for such a short time, I am thankful and honored, to say …SHE WAS MINE!
I am an Alpha, so, some people would say. I say it was Ray, he raised me that way. Never to limit the power of me. We had a lil joke “SheRa” I GOT THE POWER when my goals (his expectations) were bigger than me.
As an adult, raising a tribe of my own, I would fight the world, for my littlest one! The labels they gave her I assured weren’t her fault. She stood unique, outside, the crowed that was NOT.
Brilliant she was, taught herself own self to read, by 4 her and Suess did it with ease. At 5 when I sent my lil one to school, she would learn hate, and know ridicule. I dreaded those calls at the end of the day. Not normal, defiant, doesn’t fit in they would say.
I planted those seeds and nurtured them right, with Sunday School, and God Wednesday nights. HIS Son made us whole and renewed with each day and boy you should of seen how my lil one prayed!
Each night I would sit at the side of her bed, Rolling my eyes up into my head. On and on she would go with her wishes to God, everyone she new, the raccoon and even a frog. At 9 her young faith would first be tried, Green eyes at the foot of my bed she cried.
In our new home, a presence not right would raise in my lil one a terrible fright. I felt what she saw as I moved room to room, The curses of evil of former owners I assumed. Had our Pastor come in and we cleansed that old house. Of the demons. the curses and that mean green eyed louse.
With a dad that was bad, I tried with my might, to raise both my flock keeping His laws in sight. The one would be swayed by the wide path of the world, my lil one would walk the narrow with me, THAT’S MY GIRL!
Many a happenstance manipulated by them, would be thrown in our paths again and again. Institutions, run by scum, would eventually take her, try as they might they never could break her!
Her Faith was gynormous in the midst of the bad. As she matured, I found myself wishing I had what she had. With years of torment my heart now was sure that there are no good people in the world, anymore.
The days went by fast now she’s out on her own. Taking care of those that, the world has picked on. She was drawn I must say to a peculiar type. I worried that maybe her discernment’s not right.
When they’d let her down, I’d be the one she’d call on, for some edification, comfort and song. We were quite the team, me and my lil one, I’ve never seen another so filled with the Love of the Son!
The goodness that came from one of her plights, she named Lynnaya much to our delight. No assembly required, she came filled with Light! We had my lil trailer rocking to Awesome God every night!
Wherever she went her convictions she spoke. To the haughty, the proud, those unequally yoked. Risky I thought were the choices she made. Each time she’d get back on the road narrow, God paved. Momma she’d call to say she was sorry. And tell me the details of her new unfolding story.
Christmas morn 3AM, she’d leave a voice-mail for me, with my heart in my gut I fell to my knees, hearing my lil one say momma don’t be mad please, got myself in a place, that wont let me go, the beginning of the end as the terror unfolds.
This went on for two weeks I’d get a text or phone call. I was crazy and stressed on HIS NAME I DID CALL! I threatened and bitched and challenged these FOOLS, to show themselves to me FACE TO FACE, A FAIR DUAL!
Eventually freed, physically anyway, reunited with me, she still seemed far away. I wish I knew then what I know today, they still had her captive, the ultimate price she would pay.
So they got her addicted to this drug and that, played with her like a yo, yo, yanking this way and that. Her judgement was clouded, she questioned even me, thinking my motives weren’t based on love and sincerity,
She withdrew and avoided and I’d lose her again, to a klan of criminals masquerading as friends. And again they would taunt me with the message they send. We have your daughter, prior manipulations had me on the defense.
Had incoming calls all blocked, unfortunately I’d learn, that she called me twice before it took a turned for the worse. On the 18th and 19th, she had tried and my heart and my Soul felt as though I too died.
When all this hit me like a dam that had burst, when they called to tell me on October first. That the evil that held her captive so long, finally ended the life of my lil one. I reacted at first like they wanted me to, and all that I wished was that I was dead too!
The day that she died with the means that they used, I actually had heard her leaving me too. What a horrible thing for a mother to learn, that her disconnecting was her resonance on that day I heard.
As I cried every day falling to my knees, it wasn’t too long before I heard with you I’m quite pleased. They would never permit her to be yours in this world so I’m giving her back, here’s your lil girl!
Now someday I will write of the wonders I’ve seen, since the day that they took my lil one from me. Each day’s still a struggle and some are far worse. It took tragedy for me to see Gods Divine plan for her.
The veil is quite thin and I get glimpses of her, a soft kiss on the cheek, or the forehead feels like soft fur! An Eagle flew over me outside yesterday, I fell to my knees and thanked God as I prayed.
Like the one that I saw when my dad left me too, from behind the veil they whisper we watch over you. Everything is okay if you only knew the Grand plan that before time was, God had especially for you.
So I might be real bent and beaten up bad, I still arise each morning in Him I am glad. I will do His Will daily, he who knows all my cares, and woe be to those who harm angels unawares!

Hello, My name is James Lico and I would like to make a statement about some terrible Human Experimentation and Trafficking of Targeted Individuals (TI’s) that is going on and has been going on since 9/11 at minimum. I have college degrees in each of Biology, Computer Science and Electronics Engineering Technology, with over 20 years of real work experience. I am fully qualified to report on and make observations about the horrendous experiences TI’s go through as Human Trafficking victims. The Department of Homeland Security/ICE has a Human Trafficking division which could help TI’s, yet here is yet another bureaucracy which is just there for show.
Here is a brief statement of what happened to me over Christmas holiday, covering one day. I need to tell you this in order to show how degrading is the treatment of an elderly man in his 60’s (and all TI’s really), yet these government contractors think nothing of that, strangely enough and carry on with the cruel and unusual punishment as if deserved and it was perfectly normal to torture people in their own homes.
12-28-14 @8:10am I have been attacked with some kind of biological localized infections on purpose. I believe I know how the infections were started. Approximately 1 week ago on 12/21/14 I think, I began being experiencing localized boils on the back of my head, scalp, buttocks, arms, legs and side of my face. They tried many places but they wouldn’t start and get going. What I am telling you is really strange to me and it should sound strange and scary to you as well. Just think of it, this what I am telling you and much much worse can happen to anyone at any time because it is an attack. I am a healthy man really and this is being done to scare the bejesus out of me so that I become despondent and depressed, so that I give up on life. This is their hope anyway and they are tailoring things on the fly. I am telling you this so that you can prepare for battle because what they test on me is meant for many others. I had experienced this type of biological attack before back in August of 2011. I believe there is also a physical reason for them to do this and that is to cause a number of localized small infections so that the inflammation from all of them together might impact my body in a detrimental way. I didn’t check but I probably was developing a fever. I was able to begin a course of broad spectrum antibiotics which has successfully stopped the localized infections. I had to prescribe this for myself because going to a doctor is problematic and could result in hospitalization in a mental institution if I tell the truth about what happened. I would have to lie to any doctor I would see. This is yet another instance of attempted murder. Luckily My friend Deborah had a broad spectrum antibiotic which I began taking so that the localized infections have cleared up. There is one more very important reason I think they are doing this attack on me and it is the reason I most need to convey to you. The reason is that this biological attack was very easy for them to do and that this process that they are doing is a drug and biological delivery system. This fact should be somewhat obvious and should scare people to death that these people could start a disease outbreak or drug people and no one would suspect it. The process I am talking about is an off the shelf industrial process called Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and I wrote it up into an article to explain it. There is a chemical that is dosed to TI’s and I discovered it early in my targeting. I have done many experiments to test my theory empirically and I am afraid I am correct. There is at least two chemicals and probably many more that are dosed to TI’s, “to light them up” or make them more electrically sensitive and also to drug them. Please read my article to at least check it out. If I am right then this is going to really fire some people up and hopefully warn everyone of potential problems to come.
I think my handlers took me seriously when I threatened to be at their show trials and wanted to see if I could be injured with inflamed infected legions. Incidentally I take frequent showers so it is not a cleanliness issue. I wonder who’s idea the boils were, since they would be visible to a doctor. It could be the handlers idea or the researcher they work with, or is someone higher trying to kill me.
I am noticing that low level bass sounds are being made by the people in the next room. This is the culmination of an experiment in operant conditioning believe it or not. The noises sound like they are made by lightly and intermittently making a banging noise on the wall with a fist, next door. This is the job of the people who rented the room next to me (rm152). I am also detecting radiation coming from that room as well.

11:19pm tonight I am being tortured by a group of friends who decided to get together for a little torture and a football game and maybe a little drinking and partying. They are in room 150 next door to me at the Red Lion motel in Coos Bay OR. I measured radiation coming from three separate directions. Handlers took jobs to torture me and rented 3 rooms at taxpayer expense. They were irradiating my tail bone (COCCYX) as I sat in my bed. They are using a resonance weapon to do this to me. This causes heating of the nerve tissue as it as the nerve tissue vibrates and heats causing a dull and unbearable pain. They are holding the beam on it and allowing the pain to develop much like I would expect they would do if they wanted some information. But they don’t want information because I am innocent of any crime. They really just want to cause pain and watch to see what happens. Usually they want a psychotic break out, which is what drove Aaron Alexis and Myron May over the edge. I don’t find much about an injured coccyx because it is not expected to happen. But it is happening and it is part of my spinal column. They are doing this through the wall of my hotel room. There is no privacy at all in fact they are watching every single thing I do, I guess because i am an extreme security threat. I cant stop them because calling the police only results in my arrest and hospitalization for mental illness. The handlers know this and they don’t care about any pain I am subjected to or if I am arrested. I don’t even know if these handlers know the others are there or if they care that they are mobbing me with torture weapons at the same time. I am still taking antibiotics to treat the many painful and disturbing boils that these people have been inducing on my scalp, the back of my neck, buttocks, crotch and arms. They can see inflammation on the thermal image of me and will continually work on making the infected boils worse and more numerous each day, whether I have a new handler or now. It is as though I am the most hated man in the world and am deserving of being tortured and tormented to death. They even let the air out of my tires almost daily if the torture was not enough punishment for me. If one of these people were to tell a normal person what they are doing, torturing people the person would say they are insane and in need of mental help. This is why I am sure they only talk about it among sociopathic people and it seems normal to them. I believe they think they are like secret agents because they get paid for this ludicrous job.
I am a 63 year old man who is being chased like a criminal around the country side as I drive in my car to escape and get some peace. Yet these handlers track me with Continuous Tagging Tracking and Locating (CTTL) as it is known to Navy Seals (JSOC) and others who use it to track down and kill insurgents. But I am an American Citizen in the United States who is free yet kept in a virtual prison by these Private Contractor Handlers who track me with GPS like bounty hunters. There is no war presumably but not so it is apparent to me. I think that these people are supposed to pretend that I am a terrorist who is on the run and must be contained. There seems to be mixed signals going on here because surely they know I am innocent yet they play the game as if I was a terrorist. They are playing me as if my life is a video game for their entertainment. In addition to the directed energy weapons I am subjected to Organized Stalking. There is an army of citizen soldier like thugs who are directed by the handlers. They will follow me everywhere and try their best to interfere with anything and everything and even engineer destructive events. I have been run off the road, baited with conversation only to find that interactions Which I have during my day are often as not gas lighting encounters where the stalkers are given a script about a play in which I am the secret star. They then act it out, often badly towards the agenda chosen for me. The common theme in all of this is that I am supposed to be afraid and run like a scared rabbit, scurrying everywhere I go, falling over myself and the stalkers throughout my day. As it happens though I don’t run and I am not afraid of them, but that doesn’t stop them from trying.
I had always thought that my government would not do this to me. But, as I have been shown over and over, YES they would and are doing this to American Citizens every day, 24/7. Telling a Congressman or Senator does no good as I and many thousands of other Targeted Individuals (TI’s) have found out.
We are told various versions of it sounds crazy, etc and we break off contact with them and must continue running and being chased by Private Military Psyops Contractor Handlers. One might think that this is a big mistake that will be cleared up soon when because it is sure to be discovered any time. Yet hundreds of TI’s have testified before several meetings of President Obama’s Bioethics Advisory Committee. Amy Guttman is Chairperson of a large group of people with advanced degrees and having various degrees of bioethics experience. You would think that here the problem would surely be detected by these seasoned professionals. But discouragingly, you realize that after 300 testimonials on one particular day, that nothing will happen as the day pass by with no progress or any indication of progress. TI’s were given a microphone in front of video cameras and a small cadre of the Bioethics Committee leaders, as they state how they are chased and shot with energy weapons. What we soon realize is that they have no plans to do anything and they are only there for looks and window dressing to smooth over any rough publicity but certainly they are not there to actually find any bioethics violation. Amy Guttman and her staff know and flaunt all the right words that make it seem like they are there for a purpose but they ignore absolutely every TI’s testimonial. President Obama either heard nothing from Amy Guttman or he ignored it if he did hear anything. As time passes you further realize that the whole government is corrupt. It only looks like the government you used to know, but it is all there for show and not for action. People vote and elect republicans or democrats and even though they have different beliefs, they are both running the same agenda which is to provide cover and advocate for the corporate state as if the corporations elected the politicians. In a way they did elect the politicians because the Supreme court said that any amount of money can be given to political candidates. This allows politicians to be bought. Politicians who want to work for the people are defeated and politicians who are for the status quo receive campaign adds that tell a fantastic story where lies are as good as the truth if they can be believed by the masses. We have a dysfunctional congress and Senate who are only worried about money and support for their next election. They should all be fired and new politicians elected, who have the peoples business as their priority. What we get out of all this is dysfunction and corruption with only the pretense of a functional democracy. Taxes go towards funding the military industrial complex because the wars are ending. The people are now the enemy and some of us are used for bait like me. Corporate profits are the only thing that matters and anything including human beings come a distant second.
How can our tax dollars go towards returning the banks to record profitability after they crashed the economy. The banks knew that making give away loans instead of verifying creditworthiness and then selling them off in toxic bundles where the banks knew they would inevitably be defaulted on when the interest rates went up to unsustainable levels that could be and were predictable. The tax payers have to pay for this bacchanalia and no one cares. No one says the banks are guilty and no one puts bankers in jail. Also we have the Federal Reserve system which is a private entity that produces money out of thin air for the government to borrow and the people to pay back. Do you realize that your taxes and borrowed money is going toward financing the military industrial complex security state which congress doubled its budget to 80 billion. This is bypassing the normal productivity process where we produce things for sale. Terrorism is an illusionary threat which is driving a boom in national security. This boom in national security has taken away our rights and has produced a totalitarian state. We are all slaves now and in the end it will all come crashing down when the results are seen to be less than worthless and the bill comes due. Don’t you think that calls for extreme austerity will be made because we cant afford and really don’t want the yoke of all the useless mega security we are so eagerly funding now.

Below are photo’s of my fathers back following shoddy surgery to remove a growth.
